WHAT A UNIQUE TREASURE THIS IS! These two Ceramica Excelsis items, the figurine produced for year 1978 and plate produced for year 1979 are in absolute mint, new condition. They have absolutely no chips, cracks or scratches anywhere on them. As mentioned above, the Plate with original box and packing. But, for some reason the figurine has no papers. This would make a fabulous addition to a collection, or a perfect gift for one who appreciates such art, just so beautiful and wonderfully created from the original. Deductive reasoning indicates that the backdrop for the figure on the plate depicts a typical countryside scene from 15th century Italy.
